Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you are covered under our 30-day money back guarantee*. Any first order unopened or not, is eligible for a full refund. All other unopened bags within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund minus a return/restocking fee of $5.95. Expedited Shipping fees will not be refunded on any order. To request a refund or exchange.
Canceling or Modifying Orders
We’ll always do our best to help with order changes before shipping.
However, once an order has entered processing or a return label has been created, it cannot be canceled or modified. In these cases, the order may still qualify for a return under our refund policy.
Damaged Items
While rare, shipping issues can occasionally occur.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the item, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
